The game can store, in this browser only, which phases you have completed and whether you prefer animations or music turned off. That way you don't lose your progress if you close the page.

How and why this data is used

What is stored: the list of completed phases, your animation and music preferences and your answer to this notice. No name, e-mail, location or any data that identifies you.
What for: only to remember your progress and your preference on your next visit.
Where it is kept: in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on this device. It is not sent to any server or shared with anyone. The game uses no login, database, tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Other sites: the game fetches nothing from third-party sites. Fonts, sounds, images and code all come from the game itself, so no outside company learns about your visit because of it. As with any website, the service hosting the page logs technical access data, such as your IP address, in order to work and protect itself, under that host's privacy policy.
Legal basis: your consent under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018), Art. 7, item I. Without it, the game works normally; it just doesn't remember your progress.
Your rights: you can change your mind whenever you like. The "Erase my progress" button removes everything immediately. Clearing the site's data in your browser also erases it.
